    The weak dollar also gives foreign investors more value for their investment money. In many areas, commercial and residential real estate is selling for 50 percent less or even lower compared to peak prices!

    Prices are bottoming out. And if we look at past recessions, bottom periods are followed by economic booms. This is a great time for foreign investors to own commercial properties in America, wherein it is very difficult to do so during normal times.
